It doesn’t matter to us if you are a racer, a sportive rider, a time trialer or just someone who wants to improve their fitness, we can help. We have designed our coaching packages to offer quality coaching at a sensible competitive price.
In order to provide the best packages possible to our riders, we reviewed the coaching sector in the UK. We found that many companies are offering relatively low quality recycled coaching sessions with extremely limited rider/coach contact. We set about making the experience for our riders more organic, we don’t have strict time limits on coaching time, some weeks there will be more contact other weeks less. It’s a more relaxed approached we believe translators to higher quality sessions and feedback from both riders and coaches.
Unlike other companies, we also have a rider liaison who provide an additional layer of support of all our riders. This could be an occasional catch up, or could be specific support on a whole range of related topics. This is just another way we differ from other coaching companies, communication is key!

Stage 1 – Evaluation

The first stage with any of our package is a consultation between the rider and coach. Its important for the coach to understand the riders constraits in terms of time, ambitions, riding history and any other relevant information that will help us plan riders sessions.

Stage 2 – Planning

The planning stage will involve using a range of methods to measure a riders fitness and ascertain general strengths and weaknesses. This will work hand in hand with the riders goals and ambitions. Our coach will then take all this information and design a programme that addresses any weaknesses, builds on strengths and steadily improves fitness towards the agreed goals.

Stage 3 – Development

All our training plans are placed into Training Peaks. If you are not familiar with or haven’t used Training Peaks before, don’t worry, your coach will talk you through anything you will need. Needless to say, Training Peaks is an online training package that will allow our coaches to set training sessions for you, monitor your progress and results, as well as share comments and feedback to and from coach & rider.

Stage 4 – Analysis

Training Peaks collections lots of data from a riders training sessions. Your coach will analyse this information and use it to fine tune and improve future sessions. It will also help us manage fatigue and build your fitness to peak for your chosen goals.
