We’re here to provide cycle training, and even advice on racing tactics, to all of our athletes. The coaching packages listed on our website have been specifically designed to deliver results and help you reach each target and goal you have. The athletes who come to RideRevolution have a wide range of sporting desires, from health and fitness goals, to more specific event aspirations like cutting their time at a Gran Fondo, or entering their first race, to breaking personal best times and even winning consistently.

RideRevolution looked deep into the coaching market before setting up shop, making sure that what we offer is in our opinion the best value for money coaching out there. The Starter, Racing and Premium packages have been made to best represent our athletes’ needs and work with them to achieve their aims. Utilising Training Peaks we easily show our athletes the days and weeks plans, allowing both parties to adjust quickly and efficiently should life get in the way.

The coaches at RideRevolution want to make sure they give you every opportunity to achieve your goals and that’s why we offer unlimited contact time for athletes who subscribed to any RideRevolution package. We also allow access to our in-house Rider Liaison, should you require any advice with cycle-sport entry requirements, or even information surrounding the cycling regulations. Helping our athletes reach their targets is our number one priority.

Our 4 steps to Coach cycling

Stage 1 – Evaluation

Our coaches start out with an initial consultation with each athlete to establish an understanding of your requirements as well as your fitness history and time constraints with reference to training. This consultation also sets out the best communication methods and delivery times for your training moving forward. This part is about us recognising that each of our clients has individual needs and so we tailor the package to you.

We decided to never put a limit on the amount of contact time you can have with your coach because we at RideRevolution want to offer you the all the time you need to get your training right.

Stage 2 – Planning

Once introduction and initial evaluation are complete it’s onto the planning stage where we tailor each package to the individual needs of the athlete and we gain a deeper insight into fitness levels. Utilising scientific testing methods we will gain knowledge of both current power numbers as well as see what potential gains we can achieve together.

Each client’s own plan is then tailored to them keeping in mind the discussed short, mid and long term goals. This plan is easy to adjust as necessary depending on the coached client’s time allowance, injury status or any other bump in the road which may alter their ability to train.

Stage 3 – Development

From the outset the coaches at RideRevolution will deliver your training plan to you via the market-leading Training Peaks software. Each coach and athlete has access to their unique training sessions via this platform allowing each to easily see what they need to do for that day. This also gives a quick visual representation on when a session has gone well or not, causing your coach to go in and develop and refine particular sessions.

The development of your training plan via this method makes it easy to alter or redefine goals and targets throughout your time with RideRevolution.

Stage 4 – Analysis

Every RideRevolution coach will constantly analyse the training you are doing to make sure it is always working. Yes there may be setbacks, but your coach will strive to make sure that you come back stronger, fitter and faster by constantly analysing your results from sessions and tests.
