RideRevolution offer complete cycle coaching and lifestyle packages to clients in the UK and beyond. Our packages are aimed at helping you achieve your goals and ambitions. Our clients range from those looking to enter their first event, to those who simply want some guidance with their weekly riding, right through to riders chasing that illusive first professional contract.

We employ a range of staff, each on the team to provide what the client requires across a range of abilities and more importantly, budgets. We have a rider liaison officer, who’s role is to answer any questions the novice rider may have regarding all things cycling related. We also have coaches who have been selected for their knowledge relevant to certain packages we offer, meaning that whether your needs are fairly basic, or you require detailed analysis and discussion around all of your session, we can help.

Our approach to coach cycling
Stage 1 – Evaluation
Regardless of the package you go for, your journey with us will always start with an initial consultation with your coach. We will get to know you as a rider; your experience, past training, your goals and the time we have to work towards these.
Unlike other coaching companies we believe that the rider-coach relationship needs to be fluid. We value our clients and their needs. We understand that riders will require differing coach contact on a week to week basis, so we never limit contact time with your assigned coach on any of our packages.

Stage 2 – Planning

Stage 3 – Development
All of our training is set using training peaks software. This allows you and your coach to share and view your training on one easy to use platform. Your progressive training, structured around the time constraints of your weekly life will target discipline specific areas, work to eradicate weaknesses and capitalise on your strengths.
As you change and improve as a rider, your goals will change, but the fundamentals remain the same. This ensures that you are always able to improve and work towards your ever higher targets.
