Depending on your current fitness and ability we will begin by building aerobic fitness with steady, moderate-intensity rides. These long rides form the foundation of your endurance and will gradually increaurse the volume over time.

Once you’ve built a solid endurance base, shift your focus to hill training. This will focus on some high intensity intervals, threshold efforts and some time spent on endurance work to prepare the longer repeating Majorcan climbs. Off the bike we will include some basic strength training exercises targeting your core, legs, and back to improve overall power and reduce fatigue on long rides.
