Farley started racing at a young age, racing across the country in regional and national level races. After showing signs of potential in the junior ranks, Farley joined Spirit tifosi, one of the well established elite teams in the uk. After the first two years as an Under 23 being hindered by covid, he started to get some noticeable results such as 3rd in a round of the u23 national series, 2nd at Galway Classic and 4th in the perfs pedal road race. As well as racing in the uk Spirit’s calendar gave access to some races over seas, which is where farley made the decision to try and find a team out in France.
In 2023 he took the bold decision to move out to a French amateur DN2 team, UC Cholet. He quickly adapted to French living and racing picking up some good results, ending the season with 2 wins, 7 podiums & 14 top 10’s, which interested one of the Top DN1 teams SCO Dijon.
After signing with Dijon, Farley really learnt what it means to be in a team racing to win every race & performing in the elite races and the UCI races. After riding as a lead-out man for the first year & helping the team to 29 victories, including 4 himself, and being the 2nd ranked amateur team. Farley is now in his second year with the team and has experienced racing some of the top UCI races throughout France and Europe.
Farley is still currently out in France and racing for his second year with SCO Dijon. Currently with 2 wins and 5 podiums in some of the top elite races.
This vast experience of what it takes to be a top level cyclist, is something he can pass on to help riders unlock their hidden potential and achieve their goals. The years of racing at a high level has evolved into a great understanding of the preparation, mental resilience & optimisation needed to succeed and win races.
